An Inspirational Mystery

Sacred Alliance is the story of Dr. Paul Abrams, a young doctor who moves from New York City to take over a medical practice in Sommerville, NY, a small Adirondack village surrounded on three sides by the Great Sacandaga Lake. Paul soon finds himself involved in a dangerous situation involving the True Covenant Shepherds, an extreme Christian sect living in isolation outside Sommerville on Hayden Hill. As events begin to spiral out of control, Paul’s faith leads him toward an unusual union with men of differing faith backgrounds: Father Patrick O’Bannon,  Pastor Jim Murray, and Police Chief Clarence Conover. Together, these men form a sacred alliance to uncover the evil in the True Covenant Shepherds’ Community and repair the wrongs which have been committed.

In addition to becoming caught up in the adventures of the main characters, the antics of the eccentric and entertaining secondary characters, who visit the doctor’s medical clinic, exemplify the unique world of small-town life.
